Claim-Term insurance
Intimation to the insurance company must be given. Document required for the processing of the claim as detail below must be submitted in time
Natural Death
  • Completed Claim form
  • Original Cancelled Cheque
  • Original Policy Document
  • Copy of Death certificate
  • Certificate from doctor declaring death of the Insured
  • Death summary in case the Insured dies in the hospital
  • Nominee KYC details
  • Insured KYC details
  • Any other documents or information as may be required by the Company for processing of the claim
Accidental Death
  • Completed Claim form
  • Original Cancelled Cheque
  • Original Policy Document
  • Copy of Death certificate
  • Copy of Police FIR
  • Copy of Post Mortem Report
  • Copy of newspaper article if any
  • Nominee KYC details
  • Insured's KYC details
  • Any other documents or information as may be required by the Company for processing of the claim
